Early in the morning

It's 8:48 currently, and I woke up about half an hour ago. Now, I can't really understand how my parents still aren't up yet! You would have thought they would have been by now! Anyway, that's not the important part of this Blog Post. Just the fact that I can complain how irritatingly cold it is inside my house. My dog, Nebby, and my cat, Moses, probably agree with me. I can see my cat's paws under his body (that's how you can tell he is freezing), and my dog's face covering his paws-I'm not exactly sure what this means, but it definitely means something! Anyway, I'm happy to get first dibs on the new couch-which is my all-time favorite couch, in the history of Sofas-and am typing away on my mom's laptop Acer. The electric fire place is making extremely loud, awful, banging noises. It's kind of freaking me out, to tell the truth. But I don't care, really. I'm just sitting on the couch, relaxing-Turns out my friend Alicia is totally sick (don't know why I couldn't tell before, just thought she was super tired-that's what she told me, anyway!) so she couldn't come. Hopefully in the next week or so. I think she had it pretty bad-her nose was all stuffed up, and she sounded extremely exhausted. I didn't really want to intrude, so I just said "See ya soon, AJ!" and hung up the phone. But it was okay. I think she really needed some rest. But I have to say I was the tiniest bit upset. I have teeth surgery coming up on Wednesday, so I was really wanting moral support. But it was totally fine. I'll be okay.
