I absolutely love the weekend. You get to sleep in, don't have to worry about homework, or catching the bus on time, or even wondering what to wear to school that day. Today I'm wearing my yoga pants and a purple t-shirt. Simple enough, and I feel comfortable.
Save the fashion show for your school.

What the **** were they thinking?!?
The other day, when I arrived at my school, I saw this women and her husband wearing the most hideous outfits I think I've ever seen. Here, I'm going to list all the things wrong with their outfits.
- First off, the wife was wearing one of those awful knit Christmas sweaters, with Rudolph on the front. His nose was a red pompom! Talk about fashion disaster.
- She had on gross orange shade color leather clogs, that squeaked as she walked.
- Another thing about the sweater: isn't it a little late in the season for Rudolph?
- The man had a argyle sweater with flip flops. In the middle if winter, no less!
New school, New style
Yes, that's right. I am now going to a different school, a private, therapuetic school, and it's name I will not say for safety reasons.
But along with it comes a price. At public school, I could wear what I wanted and not feel like an outsider. But at this new school people wear all black, and have piercings, and dye their hair bright pink or smokin' red. If I wear a skirt, or a frilly dress, I'm always afraid of getting laughed at. I know I shouldn't, because I'm just being myself, but I would just feel awkward, you know?
For instance, Anna* has pink streaks, always wears a Led Zepplin sweatshirt, and her nose is pierced. If that's how most all of them look, how am I supposed to fit in?
From now on, I'm not going to be afraid of being myself. So what if I wear a Justice sparkly skirt? Or a T.J. Maxx sequinned sweater? Seriously. That's just me, so I'll wear what I want.
Here's the truth: Real friends won't judge me based on my style. They'll accept me for who I am.

A Fabulous Life
Hey!
Welcome to the new and improved blog of K Grace. I decided to change it because fashion is something that I've always been interested in, so I thought I would try and make it interesting for others, too.
I will post pictures of fashion faux pas and fashion divas, but will not mention names. If I do mention a name, it will replace their real name. But for celebrities, I might mention names. Anyway, I understand that not everyone is as interested in it as I am, and some might not even like it at all, but I'll do my best to make it fun for other people.
For me, fashion is more than clothes. It makes my dull life a very fabulous life.
Au Revoir,
K Grace.

The Simple Things of Life
Life has many-and always will-have problems. Basically, that is what life is all about.
Life is just a big stress ball. It works like this: What's Bad-if you have a problem and you don't tell anybody about it, this stress ball will enventually snap, because if you don't treat it like what it is, the opposite can happen.
The Good News: Life is a virtue. Treat it like that, and karma will follow you.
I have always been a firm believer in karma-you know how it is: Do something bad, and the same will happen to you. Give back to a person, and you will always get something back.
A rule of thumb, though, do not expect it exactly when you are doing it. Because if you do, and you are only doing it for something good to come out of it, you are not doing it from the good of your heart.
Take my advice here: I have seen bad things happen to bad people, and the only reason why they happen is because of who they are.
But the most important thing is to appreciate and utilize the simple things of life.
These are what make life worth living.

"She doesn't talk much"
Some people say I don't talk much. And while I do not mind in the least-it was my choice, after all-sometimes I wonder what it would be like to have the opposite personality. "You can change!" people always tell me. I wish I could believe them...but...I can't.
Things don't come as easily for me as they do for others. I don't mind...well, not really. But sometimes I wonder, why does it have to be me? Sure, I'm being selfish, but think of how the people with seemingly great lives treat others they find less "worthy." I don't like taking jabs at other people-really, I don't- but some people need it.
I sit at school in a classroom-that's where my talents shine-but when they call "Lunch, everyone!" my stomach flip-flops. Not just the thought of what is waiting for me in my lunch-some days are much worse than others-but the idea of laughing at jokes that everyone at my table finds funny, trying to tell stories that I find hilarious but no one else laughs at, and trying to make witty comebacks and remarks that others will deem acceptable.
Why oh why did I choose the life I'm living? This life is tiresome, but it's all mine.

The Learning Curve
Asperger's Syndrome. What does that mean to you?
Look...I'm not going to get all soppy on you...that would be bad...but sometimes I just wish that I didn't have it. It's one thing to feel different, and it's another to be different.
Life is different with a learning disorder. I get through each and every day, of course, but some days are much worse than others.
